Typically duration terms can stretch from 2 to 5 years, with end of lease ownership options and early termination arrangements.

Even at £40 per night, a small unit will more than pay for itself in less than a year. With our leasing package, 5 of these units can be leased and generating profit for you from as little as 63 occupied days. Leasing rates are fluctuating with changing interest rates and prices.

Lease one for around £2,260 net cost per annum, in profit after 64 days! ( at £40 per night)

What's included ?

Remember, the small pods are a self catering unit which can have Lights, Heater, Microwave, Kettle and Sleeping accommodation and will sleep up to 4 people. It comes with pre installed electrics and the option of pre-installed bunk beds ready to use. You decide whether you provide sleeping bags, linen and other overnight services, or whether you ask customers to bring their own and sleep on the floor.

Depending on internal facilities, a 'light capacity' electricity supply will be adequate, The units come with an installed coax cable and a flatscreen LED Television can easily be added. An iPod sound system, and telephone charger can be added quickly and cheaply.  

Onsite fishing can be charged extra or included in the nightly rate.

If you are a Caravan and Camping site,  occupants can readily use your existing Toilet and Shower facilities.
