Our fully insulated Garden Office is the ideal solution to working from home. Your home office will have Anthracite uPVC windows and french doors. Our standard fittings include LED lights (inside and out) and multiple electrical sockets along with secure door locks. Although the insulation is good, an electric heater is also included. LED TV and music sound systems can be quickly and easily added as extras.

If you want the room to come furnished with desk(s), bookcase and matching storage, that can easily be arranged. 

Only simple, lightweight foundation materials are required, we can supply simple foundation kits ahead of garden office delivery.

Construction

• Preformed wooden structural arches.
• Thickness: The insulated walls are 100mm thick and lined on the inside with 15mm T&G softwood. The outside has a membrane protective coat and a T&G softwood skin, it is finished in a choice of long life lightweight Metrotile roof tiles.  Choice of colour.
• Glazing: To ensure you can use the room all year round, it is double glazed as standard. There is one window in the back.
• Roof and floor insulation: The roof is a simple extension of the walls and comes fully insulated. It helps to keep the building cool in the hottest of weather in summer and also has the obvious benefit of helping to maintain a comfortable environment in winter. Floors are also insulated.
• Extra multi foil insulation can be added for colder areas.

Delivery

To be fair to everyone, delivery is quoted on the precise destination address. These are not light weight buildings but will need good access for the lorry to lift off and place. Rear gardens of town houses or terraced houses are unlikely to have adequate access.
