Our partners are able to produce the best quality prefabricated buildings to suit your circumstances and requirements, whether it is a lodge,residential home, or full function hotel style room let us know what type of environment it has to fit into and we will work with you to create a suitable model. Many of these units are to full building regulations and suitable to deploy in a small block of rooms or as free standing units which if on a chassis are to residential standards. For clarity, most of these buildings can be produced in the factory and are not on a chassis, but a suitable floor cassette which will sit directly on your foundation slab or dwarf foundation walls. 

Modular Toilet & Shower Blocks 

Using our contacts across the modular industry we are taking orders for full toilet & shower blocks that exceed 50'x35' (17mx11m) and have full functioning facilities ready to use when delivered to site and connected to services. Not all of these are on a chassis, many are self contained and fit directly on the foundation slab to full building regulations and can be finished in a selection or combination of render, cladding, brick slips or slate to suit.
